In the central portion of Jefferies Park, a clear pathway of parallel trees separates the northern and southern areas of the park. This unpaved pathway — marked only by tree trunks, branches and canopies — invites human visitors toward the panoramic view at the eastern edge of the park. Avian and rodent inhabitants also enjoy the elms that line the pathway.
